'Villa Ottalevi' is a recently renovated 17th century farmhouse.
It is located in the hills of the Marche region and, being only 15 minutes from the Adriatic coast, enjoys a wonderful sea view.
The villa is surrounded by an olive grove and century-old trees.
It is framed by a large garden with lawns and flower beds of roses, geraniums, hydrangeas and a vegetable garden whose produce can be picked by guests.
Villa Ottalevi has an outdoor swimming pool (7x15m, depth 120-165 cm), heated shower, eight sun loungers with towels and three parasols.
It is surrounded by wooden flooring, lawns, aromatic plants and olive trees.
The pool is accessed from the house via a staircase adorned with oleanders.
The area has been enhanced with a mini whirlpool measuring 220 x 220 cm, seating five people and accommodating one person lying down.
